Introduction

The Cardiomics is a genome project that collects and analyzes cardiovascular disease patients.

Cardiomics is an independent sub-project of KGP (Korean Genome Project) and KGP is a subset of PGP.

Request Data

The data of Cardiomics is under legal restriction since data contain potentially identifying or sensitive patient information.
Therefore, 1) raw sequencing data,2) individual genotype information, and 3) clinical trait data will be available upon request and after approval from the Korean Genomics Centers' review board in Ulsan National Institue of Science and Technology.

For Raw data and clinical information

Sequencing data (FASTQ), individual genotypes, and clinical data can be provided upon request and document screening.
