   Korea4K is the second phase data release of the Korean Genome Project (KGP).

  Korea4K is published in GigaScience on 16th April 2024

Data availability

Allele frequency data

You can download the allele frequency of short variants such as SNV and Indel for academic purposes.

The frequency data were also submitted to the dbSNP database and available soon.

Raw data, individual genotypes, and clinical information

Whole-genome sequencing data (FASTQ), individual genotypes (gvcf), and clinical data can be provided upon request and document screening.
To request the data, please contact Jong Bhak (jongbhak@genomics.org) with a completed request form (UNIST KOGIC).

We also uploaded the raw data files (cram) to the EGA repository under the study accession EGAS00001007580.
The study accession will be public after publication.
