Welfare Genome Project

Welfare Genome Project (WGP) is a participatory Korean Personal Genome Project with free health check-up and genetic report followed by counselling. WGP was launched in 2016 in the Ulsan and Miryang cities as the first large-scale genome project with public participation in Korea


 

For Raw data of RNA-seq and Methyl-seq

Sequencing data (FASTQ) of RNA-seq and Methyl-seq can be provided upon request and document screening. To request the data, please contact Yeonsu Jeon (brain0106@unist.ac.kr), Jong Bhak (jongbhak@genomics.org) with a completed request form.
