$0 Genome Project is to provide free genome sequencing to everyone.
There can be many funding sources. One extreme case can be for people who are willing to donate all his/her genome, clinical information, and personal information without any past, present, and future reconsideration and retraction. Simply, it becomes a public domain.
In that case, there can be companies and research organizations that can use such public domain as freely as possible.
Personal Genome Project can be a good way if there are many sponsors.
