Gachon-DNA ext.

 Genomic DNA was extracted from Whole blood by QIAamp DNA blood kit(Qiagen). DNA extraction followed the manufacturer's instructions(Qiagen). Briefly, 100ul QIAGEN protease and 500ul blood were added into the bottom of a 15ml tube and total volum was adjusted up to 1ml. 1.2ml buffer AL was added and inverted 15 times. The mixed sample was incubated at 70℃ for 10min. 1ml of 100% ethanol was added to the sample and inverted 10 times. The mixed sample was transferred onto the QIAamp midi column and centrifued at 3000rpm for 3min. The filtrate was discard and added 2ml buffer AW1. The sample tube was centrifuged at 5000rpm for 1min, added 2ml buffer AW2 and centrifuged at 5000rpm at 15min. QIAamp midi column was placed in a new 10ml tube and 200ul buffer AE was added and incubated at room temperature for 5min. Finally, the tube was centrifuged at 5000rpm for 2min.
